The work consist in the fake Russian passport, sold as a souvenir at Memento Park (originally ironically stuffed with words, visa, watermarked images recalling the communist history of Hungary) filled with the words, visa and images that make up my political background. Browsing among the pages is like going back into our memories, our desires, our expectations, our disappointments. If Memento Park in Budapest represents Hungarian history, with the big statues of its revolutionary main characters, those that have made the history of the communism in the world, Identity PAssporT only represents my political story, the people that have inspired me, starting exactly from the renowned ones that, even in a different way, continue to determine my choices, my life, my mindset, the way I see the future. Suffering is part of everyone history, what that can make us go further is our desires for us and for all the others.awards
